Tributes

We, at Sea Cliff Healthcare, pride ourselves on going above and beyond for our patients, their families, as well as the community.  We hire the greatest care givers to ensure the highest level of patient care. 

Due to our staff’s care and devotion of our residents, our staff often receives notes of gratitude from patients, their families, not to mention other staff members.  We are grateful to our caring staff and know that they are honored to serve you!

Some of the notes of thanks that we have received are listed below.

• One of our most recent patients’ families wrote the entire staff, saying:

Dear Cliff Staff,
Thank you so much for taking care of my father.  Your special care and attention truly means a lot to our family!

• One of our staff members recently wrote this about one of our CNA’s, Emma:

Besides being one of the most conscientious CNAs, Emma has been a turning point in one resident’s life by convincing him of the need to start eating again as his weight had dropped tremendously. Emma talked with the resident, assisted him with his meals and kept encouraging him. Because of her persistence and caring, our resident gained 8 pounds in one week and is anxious to reach his ideal body weight. Emma is truly an asset to SeaCliff and we are blessed to have her on our team.

• The son of a resident here at Sea Cliff recently wrote in about one of our staff members, Hugo.  The letter states that Hugo:

“goes above and beyond the call of his job, and he befriends the patients that need to have someone there for them. Hugo is the most helpful and kind employee here and while you have other nice employees, he is the best.  He really makes a visitor feel at home and is glad to see each guest. Hugo has obviously taken a lot of time to listen to my Mom’s stories as well and I have made it a point of getting his name and calling him employee of the year, if not the decade.”
